Got some Tylenol (泰诺) in a pharmacy but would like to get some Lemsip if possible or something similar. Usually does the trick if I take it early. Anyone got any recommendations. Quote

Take two paracetamol and you should get the same effect. In my family it was called a hot toddy and had a drop of whiskey as well but nowadays the whiskey is not compulsory Get well soon. 1 Quote

I have a mate back home in Ireland who loves the oncoming of winter as when the inevitable cold comes along its a great excuse for a hot toddy although I don't think he bothers with the honey and lemon.
