Does this firm exist and it's this a valid business license?

Hello everybody, i need to know if this firm exist really, or i'm getting to be scammed.

 

The name of the firm is Beijing Tianzheng science and technology development limited company.

The adress is: Fortune West, Fengtai, Beijing, Cina, 100054

 

Does exist?

What's at stake and how thorough do you want to be? Even if a company is legit it's no guarantee they will deliver.

 

Often a simple google search on company name, adress or other details is quite revealing. Customers most likely have vented their experiences already, specially when those experiences were negative.

 

If you want a better check you need access to the appropriate registers. Professional help may be appropriate. But also here, google may help you find your way.

I googled everything in google.cn and google.com, but i didn't found nothing in the adress they sayed to me, there is Beijing Tianzheng science and technology development limited company., but 10 km from the place they give me the adress. I know also that some companies have the legal office in one adress, and the magazine in other.

I asked for help for people, living in Beijing if they knew that or can give me link to the commercial and industry bureau where i can check this certificate, i looked for some goverment sites for the industrial bureau, but didn't find the place where i put the business license numbero to check it.

The most strangest thing is that the two websites that operate one in China, other in Inner Mongolia, no one says that this is scam in the entire goole, and the website is created in 2006. Very strange

Sounds like you're doing things in the wrong order. You should check before not after ordering and paying.

What sort of things were you ordering, and what are the websites you were ordering from?

 

For reference, you can verify the details of businesses registered in Beijing from the website of the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce (businesses registered in other cities and provinces will need a different website).

 

Unfortunately, the name and number of the business listed on that certificate don't seem to match the with the details on that website, which says a company called 北京沅兆林生物科技有限公司 has the registration number 110106007497765, with all the details matching the ones on that certificate.

I had trust this site, because i spoke with the person on the live chat for a lot, lot of emails, before buying, and i had trusted of him.......

 

I bought 10 iPhones and 1 Macbook.

Scam. You're not getting anything. They might string you along with fake tracking numbers or something, but you're not getting anything. 

 

You can't report a crime to Interpol - you could report it to local police and then see what action they take, but don't expect anything. 

 

There's little point posting the website info. First, they set up huge numbers of websites, use them for a while, then ditch them. Check here to see how old the domain is - bet it's not more than a few months. Second, oops, I'm late for lunch.

The site, where from i bought is www.arfbe.com, and the other one( that, with the certificate that i asked for help from you, the domain 7 years old ) www.lydxcy.com

They stopped answering me on the e-mails, and i have no products arrived, they also banned me from their live chat

deepsearching on google i found that, there are in total 6 websites that are identique, with changed graphics but the products and type of writing the pages are the same. BE VERY CAREFUL if someone goes to these sites. They will be kind with you until you make your order, they will give you invalid tracking numbers, and you will never receive your products.

Searching to the google of my country, i saw 6-7 people they get scammed by i4shop.com. How can we report these bastards for international fraud? I think they made a very big quantity of money scamming the people, but searching on google still cannot found sufficient information.

How did you pay? If you paid by credit cards you might be able to negotiate with the credit card companies to get back the money. 

 

One of my credit cards got charged about GBP4000 without my consent or knowledge and I got those transactions reversed by lodging a dispute to the bank (in fact the bank contacted me the moment those transactions happened so they should be very suspicious).

I'm guessing western union or a bank transfer.  There's no hope of getting that money back.

In short, you can't.  All you can do is increase your own awareness and do your own due diligence before buying anything.

 

There were ample and multiple signs that this was a scam.  You just needed to pay attention to all the red flags.

 

If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.  At 5000 €, it's an expensive lesson, but one you won't forget soon.

I paid with bank transfer and western union ( I HAD NOT TO DO IT ) But i trusted them..i've been so ingenuione, but ok, i learned the lesson, and these bastards must burn, because i'm sure they are making milions of € monthly scamming the people. I hope someone can discover who are them and put them in jail.
