How to cook Eight Treasure Porridge (八宝粥)?

Can anyone tell how to cook a congee called Eight Treasure Porridge (八宝粥)?

 

Its a type of Chinese congee that is served in local soup kitchens and canteens- normally at the time of breakfast. I find it very delicious.

 

There are many types of congee and porridge but this one is red in colour and tastes a little sweet.

 

If you have the recipie, I would be very grateful if you could share. :help  :lol:  :P

You can buy mix to make it. I believe you would just get the mix and put it in a rice cooker with the correct settings. Are you in China? If you are in China, you can just go to the part of a big grocery store were they have all the different types of rice in big bins. Some of those are for making different types of 粥, and 八宝周 is pretty popular.
