To give you an idea of how it is used we can say bian hua 变化 which means simply change; jin hua 进化 which means evolve; jian hua 简化 which is to simplify. As Shelley said, it doesn't mean life change, rather than just change but it wouldn't be too big of a stretch to tell people it represents the idea of life change for you personally. Quote
