Lovely bit of WW2 Chinese

This message was written on a blackboard in a cafe serving Chinese seamen in Liverpool's(UK) Chinatown during the second world war.I would appreciate if someone could translate it, thanks. The message is blown up from a photo so looks a bit blurred. Look in attached file please.

Thanks for your replies everyone - they are most helpful. There are no more characters on the right. I see now that the writing is read from top to bottom and from right to left. I think lingo ling's translation looks to be the most accurate. I have now included the whole photo.
