Popular Post roddy Posted January 2, 2014 at 01:20 PM Popular Post Report Posted January 2, 2014 at 01:20 PM Lets take a look at the posts of 2013 that you, the members, judged most worthy of an upvote or ten. In reverse order as that is the tradition in these things, here are the ten posts of 2013 that received the most reputation points. At number 10, Anonymoose tells it how it is. Unfortunately the OP didn't follow through on his original plan, so we didn't get to rate his "Help, I'm in jail" topic. Number 9, Lokki comes back to inform us that happiness was, in this case, written in the stars... Number 8, Pprendeville goes above and beyond in telling us what he's up to. Hopefully we'll be seeing plenty of progress in 2014. Number 7, geraldc sets goals we can all aspire to. Number 6, Rob07 opines on HSK levels and the Council of Europe Framework. Number 5, Kelby cuts a gobby bus woman down to size. Number 4, Tysond brings the LOL when he puts the RPG into the PRC. Number 3, Angeia comes back and gives us some insight into interpretation. Number 2, Oneeye looks at movies and learning. And finally, and with some slight embarrassment, we come to my only entry in this list... Number 1, Roddy announces the site's 10 year anniversary, and everyone cheers. Any posts you remember which you think should have been listed here? Any personal favorites? Here's looking forward to more great content in 2014. 10 Quote

roddy Posted January 3, 2014 at 12:15 PM Author Report Posted January 3, 2014 at 12:15 PM At this rate the Best Posts of 2013 post will be a featured in the Best Posts of 2014 post. Lets have a quick look at the ten busiest posters of 2013, in reverse order... 陳德聰, oneeye, gato, realmayo, Ruben Von Zwack*, Lu, Abcdefg, imron, skylee and then myself**. *Special mention to Ruben Von Zwack there, as she only joined up in March or something. A welcome addition, I'm sure we can all agree. I mean, you're all wonderful, but, y'know, be nice to the new folk and all... ** I really shouldn't be up there. As community manager I should be doing stuff behind the scenes to encourage others to be posting more than actually posting myself. But dammit, it's just so much fun. I have a target of only accounting for 5% of posts on here, but hit 6.6% in 2013. If you lot would post more I wouldn't have failed. Quote
