You can post messages, you just can't post repetitive or very similar messages.

Has anyone tried Eco2learn's site? I had a quick look and it seemed interesting.

It does indeed look good.

I get a file not found message when I try to play the audio, but this may be because of my internet settings, I have noscript plugins etc.

The IELTS vocabulary exercises also look like the kind of thing I would recommend to my students.

Am I right in thinking you can only get results through e-mail though? Can I ask, what's the logic behind that? It seems like it will slow things down a lot

The other immediate bit of feedback I'd give is that chunks of text like this:

are, I would've thought, not especially helpful to anyone. Just one paragraph of characters (which is already there) and another in pinyin will suffice.

I really think this looks like a good site, and there is a lot of content already. I look forward to actually listening to it when I have fiddled around with my computer

Thanks a lot for all of your feedback. You can find the index of all these practices and audio files: http://eco2learn.net/60-seconds-chinese/ We are trying ourselves to update the content with the most recent news from China, trying to cover various topics such as economy, history, culture, policy, education and technology.

As for MichaelS' comment, it is very important for us to know. We will try to solve the problem. Thanks again for your insights.

Google drive is blocked in China. I'm not able to use the site either. I live in China and cloud services like google drive are often not accessible here.

I have just started using this, and I already like it! I plan to make this a part of my daily studies, thanks a lot!

I wonder though, would it be possible to "hide" the english under the Chinese text, and make it visable only when you move the mouse over it. That might help in making it a bit more like listening and less like translation.

However, I am a fan of it already!
