What's the word for a typical morning stretch?

When I was studying Chinese a few years ago in Huangshan I vaguely remember "learning" a word for the typical morning stretch (where you stretch both arms out and yawn), but I have since forgotten it.

I'm under the impression "lion" or "roar" was part of the phase, but it's been so long I can't recall.

This is haunted me for years. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if this is the word you learned back then, but I would usually use (伸)懒腰 for such a stretch, and I can't think of other expressions. I guess the noun phrase 懒腰 refers to the body posture (the one with your arm extended out), and the verb 伸(to reach, to extend) describes the direction of movement (going out, as opposed to shrinking inward).
