To the best of my ability I have made an attempt at translating the characters, because tattooist are usually not skilled in calligraphy and have not studied Chinese the characters in this tattoo may have been incorrectly written. This makes it hard to be accurate in the translation therefore this attempt must be verified with other sources as I am only a learner and may make mistakes. Other more knowledgeable people on this forum may disagree with my attempt. Remember I am only trying to help and if I am wrong hopefully I can learn from my mistakes.

忠  zhong           Loyal, devoted, honest

鍛  duan             forge (as in forge metal) checked this in more than one place both gave this definition but it may be that I have misread the tattoo.

实  shi                true, real

宝  bao               treasure, precious

These may mean something all together or it may just be a list.

Remember I may have made mistakes, but I hope it helps.

I agree that the second one is 银, silver. The third character looks like it might be Japanese. The fourth, 宝, is missing a dot.

The third Character is 実 which is the Japanese version of 實/实。The Japanese had their own, extremely conservative simplification process, I believe in the 40s but don't quote me on that, which is why sometimes their characters are different from any modern Chinese equivalents.

Altogether, these seem to be random characters strung together and don't say much of anything. It would be like getting alkjfaoghaoihae (random pressing of the keys) tattooed, except for the fact that the characters do have meanings separate from each other. But yeah, strung together it seems to be gibberish and not any sort of phrase.
