可并? 人本? Are these typos?

Hi there!

 

I am in the middle of a translation project and need some help at one sentence:

 

上一个会计年度未分配的利润，可并人本会计年度利润分配。

 

As I understand it's: "The last fiscal years profit that has not been distributed, 可并人本 fiscal years profit distribution."

 

Is this a typo? 可并? 人本?

Either you are not reading it right or they are typos. I think it is 并入 merge / combine, ie can be combined with this fiscal year's ...

That makes sense. "... can be merged into this fiscals years profit distribution."

 

That's the result of a 12h workday comined with crappy prints.
