I loaded the picture to my Server on http://www.tomsworld.ch/tmp/pic1.jpg Thank you so much! Tom
Hofmann Posted January 16, 2014 at 10:14 PM Report Share Posted January 16, 2014 at 10:14 PM Double happiness: Auspice is the thought/intention. Double happiness arrives at the door. scottt Posted January 17, 2014 at 06:24 AM Report Share Posted January 17, 2014 at 06:24 AM The biggest one ( 囍 ) normally used in for greeting the wedding. it was combined from two characters (喜) which means happiness, The right side (吉祥) (如意) contains two phases, good luck, as my wishesThe left side (雙喜臨門 ) , where (雙) means double, (喜) mean happiness, (臨門) means coming to the door. When you attending the Chinese wedding party, the guests will give their Red-Pack (紅包) to the reception ladies in front of the entrance. The above 9 characters and the layout (One biggest on the top) may be seen on the Red-Pack accordingly. The most importatant, they are written on the red papers in real case.
