Text, likely a family crest, inside a very old pillow box

Looking to get this translated, any help would be greatly appreciated

It is a brand logo. 

 

On the right is 言不二價 (price not negotiable). 

 

At the centre is 正泰興 (Zheng Tai Xing), the name of the shop/brand.

 

On the left is 捷記製造金皮 雙料有假包換. This is a statement saying that the goods are genuine and offering an exchange in case of fake goods.

 

It is unlikely to be a family crest.
