Lost JW202 form and visa issues

I'm studying mbbs in china for the past 3 years! And the university office had my jw form(yellow form) and my advisor lost it! Now im panicking and idk what to do! My advisor told me not to worry and that he has reported it to the authorities but I'm worried! Has anyone faced this issue? If yes..what did u do?
