Looking for meaning of words in a song

I'm looking for the meaning of the words in this beautiful song, the person start speaking at 01:40 until about 03:20, then around 11:30 it starts again, its louder this time, I dont know if its the same as the first time.

This is the graduated student’s speech

It repeated several times,

And it much clear in the louder section

Some characters were missing at both beginning and ending of the speech
