Very interesting.

If I am not mistaken, this instrument is called "ruan" 阮.  The words at the back are "青風明月本無價,遠山近水(皆)有情".  I am not sure about the word in brackets.  Basically it means something like "the clear breezes and the bright moon are priceless and the mountains and waters far and near all have feelings". But of course those feelings are what people project to the mountains and waters. The stamp says 同治年製 (made during the Tongzhi years, ie 1862-1874).  Not sure how true this is.

The words on the medal are "銀行俱樂部 / 卅二年八月 / 王統元贈 / 慈善擊彈讓分比賽" (Bank Club / August 1943 / a gift from Wang Tongyuan / Charity golf game with handicap).  I am not sure what 擊彈 is and I guess it means golf.

At the back of the medal is 李公穎君 (a name Li Ying).
