kdavid Posted February 6, 2014 at 10:50 AM Report Share Posted February 6, 2014 at 10:50 AM My iPad is set to update apps automatically, so I'm assuming there was a recent update as I was shown the registration #, etc. upon opening the app just now. In the "organizing cards" section, I now cannot move cards from the "uncategorized" default folder to a folder I have created. After I select all and "move," the cards simply remain in the uncategorized folder. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
PBolchover Posted February 6, 2014 at 01:08 PM Report Share Posted February 6, 2014 at 01:08 PM I suggest that you report this to Anki at anki.tenderapp.com/discussions
mikelove Posted February 6, 2014 at 03:13 PM Report Share Posted February 6, 2014 at 03:13 PM Apologies for the possible thread hijack, but are you sure this is a bug in Anki and not Pleco? Because some people are experiencing that exact bug in our new 3.1 update and it seems unlikely that Anki would develop the same bug at the same time. Anyway, if it is a Pleco bug, we already submitted a fix to Apple on Monday (just waiting for them to approve it) but in the meantime you can also move cards around through the "Batch" screen. kdavid Posted February 7, 2014 at 03:53 AM Author Report Share Posted February 7, 2014 at 03:53 AM Ah! I've been sleep deprived the last week. Yes, I meant Pleco, not Anki! Apologies! Could admin edit the title? Thanks for the quick response, Mikelove! I recommend Pleco to everyone!
