HSK Book Hunt

Hello,

I heard from a friend that there is a text to study for HSK which has a title that starts with 「速成」

Does anyone know of this text? Is it good enough to spend time hunting for it?

Specifically, look at tx35, 36, 37 - I think they might meet your needs. Tx109 and 114 are also very good.

Forgot about this one. I obviously don’t have time to reply to this properly, so I’ll reply sloppily instead.

I think the book you are looking for is this one

which covers all parts of the HSK Exam. However, the other books I point you to cover the parts individually – there should be four of them, one for each section.

The other two (red and blue) are great for colloquial vocab which is used in the HSK Listening. I’ve written about these elsewhere on here, somewhere.

This book covers the Beginner, and Intermediate levels of the HSK, and features Japanese language explainations. Also has 3 CD's which is great, because the other books only had cassettes.

This looks good. If there is a version with English explainations it would be eaiser on me, but not necessary.
