Chinese Honorifics

Hi, everyone! My friend and I are working on writing a story which involves the Triads and well, we're a bit stumped. We have a pretty good understanding of how everything works and whatnot but are wondering if there is a specific honorific for members when referring to the Dragon Head (like how the Japanese use -sama, chan, etc.). Also are there any honorifics underlings would use when referring to higher ranking members like the Deputy or the Vanguard?

  where ~ can be family name or one charcter of his last name
 
~老大,  ~前辈
   where ~ is the family name
   sounds like some gangs/parties
