ouyangjun Posted March 4, 2014 at 12:28 PM Report Posted March 4, 2014 at 12:28 PM Not sure if anyone else is interested, but I figured I'd share it here in case there is interest. I never read the SunZi's "Art of War" in English or Chinese, but today heard some people talking about a few of the strategies on the radio and decided to at least understand what the 36 strategies are. I'm told these often show up in Chengyu, but I can't confirm that as I've never studied them (can anyone confirm which ones are most common). In any case, attached is a link (all in Chinese) explaining the 36 strategies in case you're interested. http://wenku.baidu.com/link?url=VCu2y5jk0EbPD40MY6blIVnQbUTc--gf8Z2IQXUjHiZ6InTQxbma_7SxvMMc6PyYTUJY5BxacBc8K4rMqBZD8DGDFxl0AE2S9B5b1ONx3rW 1 Quote
jkduck Posted March 6, 2014 at 12:13 PM Report Posted March 6, 2014 at 12:13 PM I think most of the names of the strategies are well known to Chinese people, and we use them in daily communication. It is worth reading. Quote
