Competitive Contests of vocal Interpretation or Written Translation in Chinese and English

I am working to become an interpreter in the future. I am wondering if there are related competitions or contests of collegiate level in China or the U.S.? I am interested in related competitions as long as they are affiliated with an institution, not necessarily the collegiate level. Any ideas? Thanks!
