Translation of an old woodblock print

I showed this to three native-speaking colleagues, and they couldn't read it, exclaiming "Oh my god, it's too difficult." They guessed that two of the characters were 因此, meaning "thus" or "therefore".

 

Then again, they're not experts on calligraphy. 

 

The first character in the seal is 壽.

Thank you very much! Now I have something to go on.

 

I have attached a photo of the print. Maybe it's easier with a picture at hand. To me it looks like the print was created some hundred years ago.
