Searching for online listening materials

I really want to find some INTERESTING Mandarin language radio programs that are saveable so I can listen to them on my MP3 player, from either the mainland or Taiwan. Although Cantonese might be tougher than Mandarin, I'm much better at it because the materials I've found are more stimulating and keep me interested, whereas Mandarin feels like a chore to the point that I want nothing to do with it in my free time. I'm hoping to find something to change that. Just to give you an idea of what I like in Cantonese- for current affairs type discussion I like to listen to 陶傑's 光明頂 (though I guess you couldn't find anything like that in the mainland, heh) and for inane chatter and laughing at other people's silly problems I like 絕情谷. Anyone have any suggestions? I have seen radio stations out there, but I would like more concrete suggestions about specific programs that won't put me to sleep.

I'm also interested in any active and not-too-heavy discussion boards out there as they help in learning 口語.
