Difference between 酒窩 and 梨渦?

I always thought of dimples as just 酒窩, but a friend today mentioned the term 梨渦. I didn't quite catch her explanation, but apparently it's a different kind of dimple.

 

Would anyone be able to explain further? Thanks.

 

On a side note, I wonder why the characters 酒 (alcohol) and 梨 (pear) are used in the words for dimple in Chinese...

稍微比嘴角高一點點的位置

梨渦則是在嘴角後方1到1.5公分
