Quick Taiwan-accent tones question

I don't know if it's just my ears, but I wondered if the tones for 门 and 来 from 锁门 & 回来 in this little excerpt sound any different to what you'd expect in, say, a Peking University textbook mp3.

It's from one of the Glossika packs.

I'm not interested in the rights or wrongs, but just if there is a difference, and if so what it is.

Her 门 and 来 sound like standard PKU second tones.

What stood out for me was the 系 in 关系. She pronounced that 系 as a first tone, but in mainland the 系 in 关系 is most commonly pronounced as a neutral/silent tone.

Another difference from the common mainland pronunciation is that her 系 drags out and is noticeably longer than 关, whereas in mainland, it would be the other way around, with the 系 being noticeably shorter than 关.

In her 关系, the stress is on the 系, whereas in mainland, the stress would be on the 关.

Thank gato & imron -- I'm not sure what I was hearing differently there. I think it's the slightly different vowels and cadences make my ears wonder if there's something different in the tones too. Thanks for confirming there isn't.
