Found this at the bottom of a card, right behind the name/ dare of birth.

Could it be a second name? Or what does it say?

Most Chinese names consist of 2 or 3 characters: 1 (sometimes 2) characters for the family name, and 1 or 2 characters for the given name. This looks like it's the last character of this person's given name. If you don't know Chinese, or don't speak it with this person, it's quite possible you don't know their entire name. Many Chinese go with English or simplified names abroad.
