Hello everyone. So I have a list of four Chinese characters that I found on an online game. I spent time going through lists of common Chinese characters, but all I've been able to identify so far is that the third character reading from the top down can mean "four". If anyone could give me a quick translation to English of the four together that would be fantastic. Thank you.

No idea about the first one. My best guess is 感

Well deciphered renzhe, had me screwing my eyes up trying to even make characters out of them,

I can only see two characters (四区) - a problem with the file perhaps.

But my guess for Renzhe's unknown character would be 域, making it 第四区域 - district four.

I only see two characters:  區四

The first means "district" and probably belongs with what precedes it.

The second means "four" and probably belongs with what follows it.

 

E.g., "XXXX District, No. 4." or "XXXX District, Sec. 4"

Thank you everyone for your help. I'm really sorry about the quality of the source file, it's essentially beyond my control. "District Four" seems to be something you all seem very firm on, so I'll go with it being either that or some variant of it. Thank you so much.
