This pattern is relatively commonly used in my experience, most often 愛理不理

In bought the book being discussed a long long time ago, but I never really used it. I just didn’t like seeing things out of context, not knowing exactly how common each saying was, and also knowing it was written by mainland authors I was worried some of the patterns might be more common on the mainland.

can someone confirm whether there is any regional bias in the book?
