I think the text means some kind of spicy tofu, but I can't understand the second character.

麻婆豆腐饭 mapo tofu with rice. Mapo tofu ('pockmarked granny tofu') is a type of spicy tofu, as you guessed. Quite tasty.

For the record, depending on the restaurant, there's a good chance this dish will contain pork mince.  If you're a vegetarian always ask first if it has meat in it and ask them to make it without it if that's the case.
