shuoshuo Posted July 11, 2014 at 06:34 AM Report Posted July 11, 2014 at 06:34 AM My plan this year is to return to China for studies. I will be on a student residence permit. I've done this plenty of times in the past with no issues but this time it will be slightly different because by then my status will no longer be 'single'. What are the visa or residence permit options (if any) for a longterm student's spouse in China? Also, if my spouse manages to land a job will he have to change his visa type and will he have to exit the country and re-enter to do so? As you may have noticed, I have absolutely no clue about all this so I'm grateful for any advice. Thank you! Quote
