But to answer your question, my guess is that it is about the pleasures of gay sex.

 

If I am right, then then circle to the left is not a character, but a bottom with some kind of temporary attachment coming out of it. The rest says SEX with an X in the middle.

 

I'm guessing the X also has a diagrammatic function. As in X marks the spot.

 

But again, I'd call any provided number to confirm. I'm not well versed in these areas.

Eh, it's kind of dirty word, which mean the stuff that man and woman do in the bed.

And most importantly: this wasn't written by a native speaker. There are some huge drawing mistakes. Maybe just some tagger learning Chinese and willing to use it to write funny stuff.
