New Members Eqrm Posted July 23, 2014 at 05:03 AM New Members Report Posted July 23, 2014 at 05:03 AM Hi Guys, I'm looking for some advice. I recently finished my studies in Beijing and now plan to find work in China. (needing a Z-visa) However I do not have full 2 years of experience as I did my Masters straight after my bachelors. I heard hiring a good agency would help a lot, any good suggestions? I'm currently in Beijing but heard it might be easier to succeed applying elsewhere, say Shenzhen. Thanks, Q Quote
zhouhaochen Posted July 24, 2014 at 04:36 AM Report Posted July 24, 2014 at 04:36 AM You will not find any definite advice on this. The rules are clear, you need two years of work experience after finishing your degree. The question is if someone will make an acception. If you can prove at least one year of experience, this might make it easier. However, in the end the visa officer needs to make an exception for you. I assume if you go through an agency, your chances are better of getting that exception. Not sure which place you have the best chances, we are based in Beijing and all our foreign staff have always had at least two years of work experience, so I have not tried. There might be some trial and error involved. Let us know here please how it went after you - hopefully successful - applied. 1 Quote
