Chinese proverb, phrase or idiom?

Hi All!

I have been working on translating some text from a sculpture with lots of different languages. The last line I can't figure out is a Chinese phrase. Other phrases in the sculpture were proverbs, idioms, or famous quotes. I haven't had any luck with a translation or a "figurative" meaning. Any help would be appreciated.

See the attached picture.

A. 做不應該打斷人做的人說不能 It does not make sense in Chinese. Nonsense.

B. If you translate the Chinese characters using Google Translate, and then Google that resulting nonsense, it seems to be this quote - http://www.goodreads.com/quotes/85343-people-who-say-it-cannot-be-done-should-not-interrupt

C. Whatever it is supposed to mean, the Chinese in the photo makes no sense.

What a shame that someone put that on a sculpture. It reads like Google-Translated nonsense. It doesn't make sense in Chinese, and while it looks like it might be intended to be the quote skylee found, even knowing that it doesn't make sense.
