Laundry service in Harbin

I have arrived in Harbin and I staying at the Ibis Hotel. They have a laundry service here but it isn't really worth using because I can buy clothes for the cost of washing them here.

Does anyone know of a per kilo laundry service in Harbin? I have 48 hours and I am getting desperate.
