zhu fan  =  cook rice

zhu zhou = cook congee

xi fan = porrige

ying er zhou = infant porridge (not sure exactly what this means)

re fan = warm food (heat up)

bao tang = boil soup

ying yang bao wen guan = keep warm

the last one I am not sure exactly what it all means to together but it might be something along the lines of it keeps things warm automatically turning on and off as needed. BUT this is only a guess.

Enjoy your rice :)

When I lived in Taiwan people seemed to use 粥 and 稀饭 interchangeably--I suppose 稀饭 should be thinner than 粥 however.
