Paintings/ Calligraphy translation help

I went to a local art show and bought this beautiful flower painting. To sell me on the picture, the artist offered to throw in a calligraphy drawing free of charge. He told me that the calligraphy painting was a Bible verse - 2 Timothy 3:16 to be exact. However, when I looked up this specific passage online, the Chinese I found didn't seem to match. Not knowing anything about the Chinese language, I was curious if this was, in fact, a passage from the Bible, and if it's not, what does it say?

He was also adamant about pairing certain drawings to certain works of calligraphy. Is there something in the translation of either of these drawings which might pair them together?

Thank you for your help!

The Bible verse in Chinese found in the image on the left is one possible translation of 2 Timothy 3:16 amongst the two which my (very cursory) internet search brought up: 聖經都是神的呼出 which does indeed correspond to the beginning of 2nd Timothy, Chapter 3, Verse 16: "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God..." (King James Version). It was done in the summer of 2010 by an artist named 陳榮 (Chen Rong). The painting on the right is dated "last month of summer, 2014" and signed by the same person, I can't help you with translating the inscription as it's written in seal script. Not sure what special connection there is between them.

Thank you MPhillips, that helped a lot. The artist and his assistants were telling me conflicting messages when they described what the image on the left said, so I wanted to make sure I had it right before I displayed it/ told people about it. I'm glad you told me when each painting was dated too; makes it seem unlikely that they have a direct connection now that I know they were made 4 years apart.

The seal characters in the picture on the left are the same as the verse: 聖經都是神的呼出.

The ones in the picture on the right say 諸僊祝壽. Something like "the immortals offer birthday wishes," but get a second opinion on that translation.
