I'm trying to write a business letter and I am stuck on one sentence. So far I have

 

黎总，您好：

 

很高兴与您取得联系，我们期待与您在上海见面。

 

Now I want to write: "Please let me know if there is any specific information about our company that you would like us to present to you."

 

If you can provide any suggestions, I would be so grateful!

 

谢谢！

Can I write:

 

很高兴能向您介绍我们的公司。您对公司的产品或者业务活动有什么具体的兴趣？

 

but I feel it is not formal enough and maybe not entirely correct...

If it were me I'd write it this way:

 

很高興與您聯絡、向您介紹我們的公司，若您對公司的產品或業務有任何疑問，請不吝詢問。我們很期待在上海與您見面！

 

Wait for a native speaker to check it though.

I am trying to indicate that we could present specific information about our company during an upcoming meeting if the recipient indicates that he is especially interested in understanding a certain area our company. Could I replace "任何疑问“ with "任何具体的兴趣“ as in the below?

 

很高兴与您联络、向您介绍我们的公司，若您对公司的产品或业务有任何任何具体的兴趣，请不吝询问。我们很期待在上海与您见面！
