USA - Chinese Embassy

Hey friends!  I'm having one heck of a time trying to speak to someone at the embassy in D.C. OR the consulate in NY.

 

I live near Philadelphia, PA so technically I'm supposed to deal with the consulate but I was advised by someone else in NE US that the consulate isn't on CSC site for "dispatching agencies" and we should go though embassy.

 

That said, I would like to see if there is a person there who typically deals with CSC related submissions/questions or if there is a special email box for that.

 

Anyone on this forum from the NE regions deal with the embassy here and know of any such person/email/phone number that is more specific to CSC issues?

In case anyone else is looking.  I was looking for 2 weeks.. Finally found this:

Separate site than the regular embassy site (whose "education" link is broken)

 

I feel so much calmer.. I was already on the phone with Bu Huanfang and she was very helpful. She helped me clarify a few things and just makes me feel better than in a pinch, if I really don't know what to do I have someone I can ask who will definitely know for sure!

The link isn't broken on the Chinese side. In general, for the us consulates and the embassy you shouldn't trust the English side. The Chicago consulate, for example, has the correct visa form on the Chinese page, but has the wrong form on the English page.
