Is '花色品种' one word or two words? I look up 花色 = variety, design and colour, 品种 = breed, variety.

 

So is it 'variety variety' = 'variety' or 'design and colour variety' or something completely different?

Since the sentence is about clothing, in this case 花色品種 would be more along the lines of design and color variety. 花色 is referring to the fabric (with different patterns and colors), while 品種 is referring to different types or styles of clothing.

我们经营服装已经很多年，花色品种很多.

We have been in the clothing business for many years, we have many different colours,  patterns and styles.

I would avoid repeating 'many' in the English as it sounds awkward to have it twice so close together.

Maybe something like '... and have a large selection of colours, patterns and styles'
