A man sees an ad outside a clothes shop. '6折‘ so he goes in and chooses 2 t-shirts. When he comes to pay, the girl won't give him a discount. She says '6折出售的服装是过季服装,而T恤衫属于当季服装,是不打折的’

懂先生感到服装店在诱导消费者,非常生气。

I assume '诱导’ means here 'mislead', not 'entice' . I can't see why you would be angry about being enticed, as long as you are not mislead.

My dictionaries tell me ’诱导‘ = 劝诱;引导, not 误导. I have seen ‘诱导误导’ as an idiom meaning 'mislead'. Maybe this '诱导‘ is just half of that idiom?

诱导 seems like "lure" to me. I imagine dangling a tasty treat in front of an animal to get it to walk into a trap. Mislead might not be the most accurate, but definitely that is what's happening in this situation.

I don't think 誘導誤導 is an idiom, although I note that some online C-E dictionaries say it is. I think it sounds a bit stupid.
