Influence of Chinese culture on the rest of the world books and resources

I was reading this February 15, 2015 article titled "9 Chinese Favourites In India That Are Unheard Of In China" about how different the Chinese food in India is from the stuff found on the mainland, when I came across this bit that I found quite interesting but didn't feel deserved its own thread so have decided to tack it onto this one.

Chinese food is the most popular foreign cuisine in India surpassing Continental and Mexican, which come in at second place.

So, Mexican is second. While "continental" is 3rd or further down?

I'd go for Southern European cuisine. Maybe I can open a restaurant in China.  8)
