Calligraphy Painting

Hi there, our family has some beautiful calligraphy paintings that were gifted to a relative while he was living in China for a while.  We have not been able to translate anything so far, and are not certain of the dialect.  It was likely created over 70 years ago, if that helps.  Any information at all would be great.  I've pieced together the text over a few pictures, some characters may be repeated.

The first three pics - the artist's name is 孫拯 (Sun Zheng). It was made in the summer of the year 庚申 (1940) at 舊都 (Old capital. Nanjing?)

That's great to know, thank you! Is there anything else you're able to translate by chance?
