But I hope all these folks looking to open Chinese accounts aren't ISIS or something.

Hello, I need to download a rom for my tablet. It was hard to find but I find it only in this Chinese web site. But I can't register. I find a few account names and passwords but they ask for a Chinese mobile number too. If someone send me how to download this link as private message or mail it will be good. Neither do I, but so far I don't think that's a risk. If you're willing to help these folk out, I'm happy for them to keep posting. If we get a backlog of unanswered posts I'll close it though.
