湖南奔驥環保能源科技有限責任公司

Hunan BenJi pro-environment Energy Technology Co., LTD

I am sure the English name is lame. What would you suggest, folks?

Personally I am inclined to translate it as "Hunan Bengee Green Energy Technology Co. Ltd", but it also sounds awkward.

By the way, which one is correct: Co., Ltd or Co. Ltd?

Edit: Just to be clear, I have consulted my Oxford English dictionary and the example of the "Ltd" entry reads "Pearce and Co. Ltd". However, "Co., Ltd" seems to be pretty common, too.

I think any permutation of "BenJi" will be awkward regardless, because it's not English. I think calling it "Thoroughbred Green Energy Technology Ltd" would even sound more like an actual company name.

I don't think you need to include "Co." as in "Co., Ltd". I believe it depends on the law of the land determining incorporation doesn't it?
