Hi

I´m a peruvian man, I applied to the chinese spring language course 2015 at Fudan through the CUCAS website, I don't know if that website is a scam I hope not, I have been waiting for a month. well even If I got rejected I still want to study in China, I have been there 5 times, I can easily get the chinese visa for a month but is very hard to get one for half a year/year for that reason I need to be accepted by any university in China, pls Can you give an advice about which universities accept 100% of the applicants.

I very much doubt any university anywhere accepts 100% of applicants. Do they do that in Peru?

I think it depends on the type of programme. For language programmes, they may well be willing to accept applicants of all levels (I know Tsinghua's language programme, which I'm currently enrolled on, is). You take a placement test, but the levels go all the way from absolute beginner. The only requirement for Tsinghua's is that you've graduated high school. Other than that, the only reason they'd reject applicants is if they couldn't pay (and weren't on a scholarship), couldn't get a visa for some reason, or the programme was oversubscribed.

Assuming it's a similar type of language programme, I'd expect Fudan is the same.

Fudan performs very poorly on the administrative side of things so I don't think it's surprising to have not heard from them, but you should probably contact their foreign student admissions office to double check they've received your application.
