could someone please help me translate some pictures?

I found, at work, what i assume to be chinese as it came from a chinese company. No translation apps or sites seemed helpful so i was hoping someone might be able to assist me. There are two pictures.

It is Chinese. In the first pic is "人來人往 陳奕迅“ （the name of a song called "people come people go" and the name of the singer Eason Chan).

In the second pic is "擁不擁有也" struck out. It is part of the lyrics of that song.

（Note - the handwriting is in simplified Chinese and I use traditional Chinese.)

Nothing mysterious or even interesting.

Well i didnt expect anything earth shattering. However i still find this kind of neat. Thank you for the translation and thank you mystery factory worker that gave me a nights entertainment.
