配有

一台液晶电视机:

1366乘以768的分辨路,5毫秒的快速响应时间,性能极佳,还配有多功能接口。

配有 = 'with' or 'equipped with' or 'has' or that just depends on who is translating? Or does '配有‘ have some special not easily apparent meaning?

Personally I think 配有 is the contraction of '配备有‘.

The Taiwan dictionary which was recommended to me does not have '配有‘, nor do the other online dictionaries I usually use.

性能极佳,还配有多功能接口。

, (its) performance is extremely good, (it) also comes with a multi-function input socket.

配有 pèiyǒu {E} v. be equipped with | Dàshị̌guǎn ∼ ménwèi. 大使馆∼门卫。 The embassy is equipped with guards.

I've never seen "ị̌" used before in a pinyin transcription in place of "ǐ". Does the dot have any particular significance (tone sandhi? Unstressed syllable?)
