I'd like to have a sticky post on this, similar to the Beijing Sticky which Chou Doufu put together. Ideally, it'd be best if someone who has studied there and spoken to people studying at the various schools could do this, bringing together what they know themselves and postings that have been made on here. If anyone is interested in doing this, you'd earn the eternal gratitude of many Kunming-bound pilgrims - just go ahead and make the post and I'll make it a sticky. Pm me if you have any queries. If nobody is interested I'll try and put something together myself, but it would be preferable to have somebody who knows the area, I think.
