This is not Chinese, but Japanese.

 

My Japanese is rusty, but I believe it says something like "Even if we disappear, even if we get separated, we can still meet again."

Good help from the post above, but for the sake of accuracy , I'd say it is "let's meet again" instead of "we can still meet again".
