Measure word for toaster oven?

Hello.  When referring to an oven, (it is a small electric oven, like a toaster oven), should it be

 

一只电烤箱,  or

一台电烤箱 , or something else?

Thanks.  I do favor 只.  Do you think 只 is acceptable for a small HP laserjet printer too ( which is even smaller than the taster oven)?  ABC CE dictionary says it should be 台， but the printer is not very big or heavy.

一面灶台， or

一台灶台？

When we refer to “一只”，it's more likely to be with a small animal，such as“一只蚂蚁”，“一只小松鼠”，“一只小鸟”，but as for "一台"，we usually link to household appliance，such as "一台电脑"，“一台电视机”，“一台洗衣机”，“一台电冰箱”.

The conclusion is that it is more acceptable to use 只 with super tiny printers than with super tiny toaster ovens, right?

My first thought was 台 for most if not all non-moving electric household appliances (from computers to toasters). I was surprised someone said 部.

I use 一個電烤箱(informal) or 一台電烤箱. 一隻電烤箱 sounds weird and wrong to my ear.
