Help with inscription and seal on ink painting please!

It's traditional Chinese for 烟寺晚钟 ,which is the title of an ancient Chinese poem.

The left part ,吴峰生, is a signature of the writer(not the author of the poem),so is the seal.

Thank you so much, tstyllr! Is the name in the signature a common name? I searched it on the internet but could not find much informaton! How woud it be transcribed in latin letters? Thank you again, Mat

Glad to be of help. It's just a normal but not-so-common Chinese name. Chinese people usually use "Pinyin"(you can refer to wikipedia if you need more info.) of their Chinese names as English names, and that of 吴峰生 is Wu Fengsheng.
